When will you have RV Sites? We are currently working with our county for proper permitting. Once we have more information, we will update.
When will you begin accepting reservations? We are currently accepting reservations on Airbnb for our rooms, cabin and pontoon boat.

What RV Sites will you offer? 50 full service RV Sites for rigs up to 30 ft, 7 RV sites that are electric and water only, 1 studio cabin with kitchen, two private rooms, 30 primitive sites and 9 horse stalls. Our grounds also have restroom, shower and laundry on-site.
What do you have for kids to do? We are a family friendly campground so everything we offer is with the kids in mind. We have walk in access to the river for swimming, kayaks, canoes and floating. We have docks and banks for fishing and picnicing. We offer fire pits for roasting marshmellows or hotdogs. We have games and movies for rainy days, and tons of trails for endless fun riding golf carts or your own horses.
Do you allow pets? Yes, two per campsite. We are dog and equestrian friendly.
Do you have horse stalls? Yes, we have stalls and tie up post. Stalls are $15.00 per night added to your stay.
Do you have horses for rent? No.
Do you board horses? No.
Do you have an arena? No.
Will you allow day riding? Based on park capacity, yes in the future when the county allows.
How many miles of trails do you have? An estimated 5 miles on our property. An additional several hundred miles of trails may be accessed nearby at Ralph E. Simmons State park.
What will your prices be? Our rates will be formally posted when we begin booking. You can expect RV sites around $55/65 per night for full-service sites.
What type of events can you hold? At this time we have a community center for small gatherings only. We do not host events but hope to add this service in the future.
Do you have a boat ramp? No, we do not have one on-site. The closest ramps are Trader’s Hill in Folkston, GA, or Scott’s Landing in Hilliard, FL.
